This guy was motionless when I walked by. I looked at him three times before finally determining that he was real. Then Dave said to me that he wasn't sure the guy was real, thereby opening a shade of doubt in my mind. We walked closer to him, like within three feet, for another look. I turned to Dave and said "he's real," whereupon the guy moved.

I took a few more clandestine pictures of the guy.

And he was real.
