Lake Cachuma is a beautiful lake.

The scenery is quite stunning after being in Nebraska so many months.

Wedge jumps out of the boat to fish off the shore.

Mike, on the other hand, decides to stay in the boat.

I got out to stretch my legs. Here are some shells I found.

This large expanse, which I called a "lettuce field," would normally be under water.

Heading back to Santa Barbara, Mike needed to do something with the fish he caught. Eventually the fish made its way into JD's refrigerator.

That night, we grilled up some steaks.

Lisa joined us.

As did Jack.
