Named the song "landfill" because of the lyrics.
I restructured the tune, added the intro, and 
re-recorded everything.  It took me all morning.

25 Aug 2003 ---------------------------------------

Lyrics were the hardest part of the song.  Nothing
really came to me, so I did some stream of conscious
thinking.  Finally I came up with some incohesive
garbage.  CBS cleaned it up a bit, but I basically
kept it.


23 Aug 2003 ---------------------------------------

I created a guitar line for the tune (guitar_idea.mp3), 
but Pankratz vetoed it.  I created a different guitar
line (guitar_idea_02.mp3).  This is pretty much the
final guitar line.

19 Aug 2003 ---------------------------------------

I transcribed the bass line to MIDI, sent to CBS
for review.  There was a note off; it was corrected.

18 Aug 2003 ---------------------------------------

CBS left me a bass line on my answering machine.
