Omaha — Strategic Air & Space Museum (2004 May 27)
The SAC museum is about 30 minutes from my new place in Omaha. Having
been to the Planes of Fame
museum (Valle, AZ) with my brother Mark and the reverend Dick just a few months ago, this
sounded like an interesting complement. Whereas the aircraft in the
Planes of Fame were
more historical, these aircraft at the Strategic Air & Space Museum were
more military.
I took pictures of the signs next to many of the planes. These
are depicted as a link named "See Sign Details." These images
are higher resolution (1200px wide) to allow for reading of the
words.
