Secret Canyon Sedona 2003

Summary
Secret Canyon Sedona: December 2003

Saturday hike with the Prescott Hiking Club. Sedona has some very beautiful, and very different, hiking paths. The sand is red, the rocks are red and white, the foilage is different too.

We went on a loop that was about seven miles. We didn't actually get out to the trailhead until 9:30 ot 10:00am due to a stop at the Visitor's Beureau.

It was a good hike at a nice pace. The weather was warm enough to work up a sweat, but cool enough to stay comfortable. The people in the Prescott Hiking Club are a lot of fun.

Susie told me this one:

Alice Algae and Freddie Fungus really lichens one another, but their marriage was always on the rocks.

resful view
A restful view.
