Fir Canyon is about an hour drive from Santa Barbara. Drive to Davy Brown Campground.

There is a steep elevation gain (about 1700ft) over about three miles of terrain. 2.1 miles as the crow flies.

Lots of poison oak out there, but if you stay to the trail you should be ok.

The trail mostly follows the creek. There are several trails that attach to this trail, so follow the creek.
